Rules of the Competition

• A 'qualifying order' must meet the following criteria:
  • Order value must be £10 or more.
  • Items ordered must be physical products and not subscriptions or tickets.
  • Orders can contain physical, subscription and ticket items but the total order value of the physical items, must meet the £10 minimum order value.
  • Be placed either directly via our website, official social media sites, Shop, Vinted or eBay.
• In the event a 'winning' order number does not meet the above criteria, it will roll over to the next order number sequentially. For example, TT9900 is the winning order but does not meet the above criteria, the winning order will then be TT9901. This will continue until an order meets the required criteria.
• Each prize level can only be won once and we will not advance to the next prize level until there has been a qualified winning order.
• Winning orders will be notified by email and/or phone and their qualifying order value will be either refunded to the original payment method or applied as store credit.
• The amount refunded/credited will dependant on the current prize level.
• Refunds/credits will be applied 14 days from date of original order.
• All winners will be required to partake in a small amount of social media advertising (i.e. Social Media Posts, Post Tagging, Sharing etc). We will (upon request) anonymise these posts should the winner not want to share their name.
• We reserve the right to refuse a winning claim if we believe that there is any fraudulent activity, deliberate attempt to defraud or cheat.
• Winning orders can still be returned under our standard Terms and Conditions and are still eligible for a full refund minus any winning value already paid/due to be paid out.
• We reserve the right to end this competition without notice at any time.
