Summer Fair 2025
Event Information
The event will take place on Saturday 28th June 2025 from 1100 until 1600 (approximately).
FREE ENTRY
This is an outdoor event in the car park of Acomb Wood Shopping Centre.
Please come and support our wonderful range of local businesses and then relax with a drink and a bite to eat in our pub beer garden! 🍻🍷🍴🥓🍦🍕
Stall Holders Information & Enquiry Form
Set up will be from 10am - please don't arrive any later than 1030!
Vehicles will need to be parked away from the event space once you've unloaded.
THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT - Be prepared for 30 degree sun, snow, wind, hurricane and hail etc - you get the point!
The car park is concrete so there will be no anchor points for gazebos etc. You will need to bring some form of weight.
Tables ARE NOT provided.
Bring plenty of change and a card machine if you have one.
Businesses that provide activities or food will be required to show evidence of Public Liability insurances and/or other relevant documents at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
Stall holder tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
We will ask all stall holders to commit to attending until at least 3pm in order to reduce the amount of vehicle movement.
All proceeds of your Stall Holder ticket will be donated to MacMillan Cancer Research. We would also politely ask that you may donate an item of yours for a future raffle / competition.
No sales of counterfeit goods, illegal items, weapons or anything else that is not suitable for a family event!
We reserve the right to refuse admission if we feel your stall is unsuitable or we have too many vendors offering a similar product. In the event of the latter, we will happily refund your Stall Holders ticket.
