As a family-run business in York, we believe that children's items should be loved, reused and kept in circulation, NOT thrown away. Our mission is to make toys, books, games, baby essentials and even collectibles affordable for families while reducing waste and protecting the planet for the next generation.

Over 90% of our stock is pre-loved, carefully selected, cleaned and prepared for it's next home. By giving toys and children's items multiple lifecycles, we reduce:

Responsible Packaging
We operate a strict reuse-first packaging policy. Wherever possible, we use:
- Reclaimed Boxes
- Recycled paper and fillers
- Packaging donated by family, customers & local partners
This approach keeps materials in use longer and significantly reduces waste from our operations.
The Trilogy Toy Exchange
Our Toy Exchange allows families to trade in toys, books, games, baby items and much more. Items that are no longer needed. These items are then carefully appraised, refreshed and rehomed, creating a community-powered sustainability loop that benefits both families and the environment.
Low Impact Operations
As a digital-first, home based business, we minimise our environmental footprint through:
- Reduced energy consumption compared to commercial premises
- Batch shipping to lower courier emissions
- Paperless process and digital communication
We focus on practical, meaningful actions that reduce impact without compromising service.
Social Sustainability & Community Support
Environmental sustainability goes hand-in-hand with social responsibility. Through the Trilogy Toys Helping Hand Project (formally The Crisis Project), we redistribute essential items to families facing hardship (either directly or via one of our charity partners), ensuring that good-quality toys, books, games, baby equipment and more reach those who need it most - not landfill!
