Urban Myth consists of a game board divided into four city blocks, six playing pieces, and a deck of 700 game cards in six subject categories: Celebrity, Health, Classics, Nature, Business, and Crime.

2008 version contains:

500 cards

6 coloured pawns

6 true/myth cards

Game board

Each Card lists either one or two urban legends printed on the front and a letter from the words M-Y-T-H or T-R-U-E on the back. One out of every eight cards is a wild card bearing the Urban Myth logo, which can be substituted for any letter.

The objective of Urban Myth is to be the first player to spell the word M-Y-T-H or the word T-R-U-E by collecting the letters on the back of the game cards. Players earn letters by correctly identifying which stories are myth and which are true.

DOING 'OUR BIT'...

We send a lot of items of various shapes and sizes and to ensure that we can keep our costs down and also help the environment, we often use recycled packaging.

This could be a reused bag or box from Tesco's (other supermarkets are available) or even a pet food box.

Please do not be offended and we will always ensure all packaging is clean and fit for purpose!

When you receive your item, we would encourage you to do the same!


DELIVERY/COURIERS

We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days. We are a family run business so there may be occasions when this is not possible. We will always keep you in the loop!

Local Deliveries will be arranged directly with you and a date/time agreed.

Courier Deliveries will be tracked and this tracking number will be provided once despatched.

Waddingtons Totopoly Great Race Game (c.1972)

The object of the game according to the early editions of the rules is to own the horse that wins the race. However, many players elect to use later rules editions and make the money count as the measure of the game. Starting with ?700, each player can buy horses and/or businesses in two steps, first by lot and then by auction. Then the players make one lap around the Training Track of the gameboard with each of their horses. Here the players collect advantage and disadvantage cards to be used in the race. Also on the Training Track, the players gain or lose money that can be bet on the race. Once the players have circumnavigated the Training Track, the gameboard is flipped to reveal the Race Track.The players may enter only 3 horses into the race. The players may bet on any horse to win. After the betting is over the race begins. The players roll one die and move their horses in turn, utilizing the cards earned during the first half of the game whenever it is felt to be advantageous.
