DOING 'OUR BIT'...

We send a lot of items of various shapes and sizes and to ensure that we can keep our costs down and also help the environment, we often use recycled packaging.

This could be a reused bag or box from Tesco's (other supermarkets are available) or even a pet food box.

Please do not be offended and we will always ensure all packaging is clean and fit for purpose!

When you receive your item, we would encourage you to do the same!


DELIVERY/COURIERS

We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days. We are a family run business so there may be occasions when this is not possible. We will always keep you in the loop!

Local Deliveries will be arranged directly with you and a date/time agreed.

Courier Deliveries will be tracked and this tracking number will be provided once despatched.
