Star Wars Voice Activated Talking R2-D2 (SW-3194) c.1995

The Voice‑Activated Talking R2‑D2 (SW‑3194) is one of the most memorable electronic Star Wars toys of the mid‑1990s. Released around 1995, this interactive R2 unit responds to voice commands, plays authentic droid sounds, lights up, and performs simple movements — making it one of the earliest “smart” Star Wars toys before modern robotics entered the line.

With its sturdy Kenner/Tiger build, classic dome detailing, and nostalgic 90s electronics, this R2‑D2 remains a favourite among collectors who love character‑driven display pieces. It’s ideal for retro tech shelves, droid collections, and fans who appreciate the charm of early voice‑activated toys.
